Beat the heat. Swing by J GO Gallery and enjoy complimentary cold lemonade in an air conditioned space. Local artist Curtis Olson will be in attendance and we will be featuring small paintings by former Kimball Art Festival Best of Show winner, local artist Carole Wade.

Meyer Gallery will host the opening reception for landscape painter Douglas Aagard’s solo exhibition on Friday evening at 6 pm. Douglas Aagard will also be giving live oil painting demonstrations using his pallet knife technique on Friday evening, and throughout Saturday afternoon. Mr. Aagard captures the brilliance of the western landscape with new paintings of Utah’s fields, farmlands and high-mountain aspen trees. On Sunday afternoon, Meyer Gallery will have master encaustic painter, Chris Reilly, demonstrating his talent for creating ephemeral scenes of flora and fauna. All are welcome!
