Burton’s, founded by Tim Burton, is known for their 100% pure maple syrup. They are based in Medora, Indiana but a unique partnership with Park City’s own High West Distillery and Saloon has brought them out west.
High West Distillery and Saloon started with one man’s passion to make a great Rocky Mountain Whiskey. Proprietor and distiller David Perkins married hisbackground as a biochemist, his love of bourbon and cooking and his passion for the American West to bring the craft of small-batch distilling back to Utah,of all places. So, when Tim Burton called David and pitched the idea of aging his award winning Maple Syrup into Davids award winning Whiskey Barrels, David immediately said “I’m all in!”. Now you have the chance to taste the best of both worlds…Enjoy!
